An Intimate Wedding at The Musket Room

Weddings in the 40-60 range hold a special place in my heart. Small enough to feel intimate but big enough that a rowdy little party could pop off. Small events allow me to work slower and be more observant, which undeniably allows my images to be more intimate, naturally.

Smaller weddings also allow couples to reserve more funds for the dining experience. Annie & Zack treated their guests to a Michelin-star meal at The Musket Room.

Intimate weddings also tend to be less traditional, and for someone who's been shooting weddings in the hub of high fashion for the past 12 years, I’m surprised that I don’t see as many couture gowns, but Annie did not disappoint. She wore the most gorgeous pale green tulle dress by NYC designer Andrew Kwon who specializes in couture bridal.
