A Boom Boom Wedding at the Boom Boom Room
Weddings at the Boom Boom Room are for a certain type of wedding. Never-ending cocktail hour, standing room ceremony, light on the formalities, and heavy on the dancefloor. Matt & Melody wanted a very gold, very fun, NYC elevated disco party style wedding and they severely conquered. I shot on digital & film, but in this post is film only.
On another note, lately, I've been contemplating pairing poetry or quotes to my blog posts, but I’m not a poet, so I asked a robot to write one for me about getting married and this is what I got.
In the Boom Boom Room, where dreams alight, High above the city's vibrant night,
two souls entwine amidst the shimmering lights.
As vows are exchanged, hearts entwine against the backdrop of golden walls and sparkling lights,
With every step, they weave through the crowded floor, Lost in the moment, wanting nothing more.
Surrounded by the city's dazzling lights, They twirl and spin in sheer delight,
With every movement, their spirits soar, In this enchanted space, forevermore.
So let them dance, the night away, In the Boom Boom Room, where dreams hold sway,
Amidst the sparkle, the love, the light, Their union shines, a beacon bright.
Lost in the music's intoxicating spell, Their love story unfolds, so swell.
